David Ricker - Chairman & CEO

David Ricker is BroadJump LLC’s Chairman and CEO. David’s career in the healthcare industry spans three decades, having served most recently as President and CEO of Broadlane, one of the nation’s largest group purchase organizations. Under his leadership, the company’s explosive growth produced a 480% increase in shareholder value growing EBITDA from a loss of $20 million to earnings of $45 million at the time of its sale to MedAssets for $850 million.

As an industry leader, David is widely recognized for conceiving innovative services that change the healthcare supply chain landscape. He was elected Chairman of the Federation of the American Hospital Exhibitor Committee, and is a frequently sought speaker at industry events. David has served on the Advisory Board of Rendina Companies since August of 2010.

Dan DeTorrice - President & Chief Information Officer

Dan heads up technology as President and CIO, and serves on BroadJump, LLC’s Board of Managers. He has more than 20 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare and technology industries. Most recently, Dan spent five years as the Vice President of National Accounts for Medline Industries. While at Medline, he grew his business line to over $500 million in annual sales and successfully negotiated, secured and managed more than 80 contracts with purchasing organizations such as MedAssets, Kaiser-Permanente, and Ascension Health. Prior to Medline, Dan was co-founder and Senior Vice President of Business Information Services at Broadlane. Under his direction, Broadlane created BroadLink, a dynamic Business to Business e-commerce exchange in healthcare, as well as number of ground breaking technologies that included automated financial and contract management functions.

Before Broadlane, Dan co-founded a technology company called InetSolutions, which was a pioneer in the field of Internet-based software development. InetSolutions built custom software solutions for healthcare companies that included Tenet Healthcare and Premier, a national group purchasing organization. Prior to starting InetSolutions, Dan led the Data Solution division for Premier.

Dan is married and has two children in high school. He enjoys fishing, playing basketball, traveling with his family and supporting his children at their sporting events.

Greg Corban - Chief Operating Officer

Greg has spent his 19-year career in various healthcare supply chain roles. Before joining BroadJump, LLC, he served as the Director of Operations for MedAssets, a healthcare supply chain company, Capital and Construction Program. He was charged with reducing the hospital’s overall new and remodel construction costs through negotiations and contracting, as well as integrating new technology platforms with clients to track and identify savings opportunities.

Previously, Greg spent time as the Corporate Accounts Manager for Skytron, a major manufacturer of Surgical and Medical Capital Equipment, responsible for total solution sales to large multi-hospital networks and healthcare group purchasing organizations. In earlier roles, he spent several years with Broadlane, a group purchasing organization, working in several supply chain functions; his last major role was helping with the design and implementation of Broadlane’s Procurement Solution suite of tools and services. He started his career at Allegiance Healthcare and was part of their integration with Cardinal Health in 1999.

Greg is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending Denver Broncos and Texas Rangers games. He is an accomplished runner and has competed in two marathons and a triathlon. In his free time, Greg enjoys traveling, going to outdoor concert venues, and running with his Border Collie, Denver Bronco.

Steve Cornell - Chief Financial Officer

Steve brings to BroadJump more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles across multiple industries in companies of varying sizes. Most of his responsibilities have included International components, and he has lead and integrated numerous acquisitions.

Since 2011, Steve has held financial leadership roles in private equity-backed software technology firms. Prior to joining BroadJump, he was the CFO of Vibe HCM, a human resources software company. His other positions have been in oil & gas, IT technology, and the travel industry, where Steve was CFO of Lanyon. He held numerous senior-level finance positions over 15 years with First Data and Western Union.

Steve is married and has two children, one who has graduated from college and one who is attending. He enjoys playing tennis, golf and traveling.

Cheryl Weatherford - Executive Vice President, Client Management

Cheryl served in various healthcare client management and leadership roles for more than 20 years prior to joining BroadJump, LLC. Most recently, she was Regional Vice President of Client Management over Enterprise Accounts at MedAssets, a healthcare performance improvement company. Previously, she served as a regional Vice President of Client Management at Broadlane, a group purchasing organization. In earlier roles, she served as Director of Client Management for Broadlane and Director of Customer Support at Brim Healthcare Inc.

Cheryl previously served on the Acute Long Term Hospital Association (ALTHA), the Allied Council. She has presented on several occasions to Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) membership on pricing transparency in the healthcare supply chain, and she co-presented a case study on “Selecting Your Group Purchasing Organization."

Cheryl has two children, a daughter who has graduated from college that also works in healthcare, and a son who is in high school. In her free time she enjoys genealogy, watching her son play sports, as well as attending every home University of Oregon football game.

Craig Premo - Vice President, Marketing

Craig’s experiences over the course of his career encompass brand marketing, sales and graphic design. Most recently he was Director of Marketing for Methodist Health System, a nonprofit healthcare system based in Dallas, Texas. His background includes sales and marketing strategy for an inbound marketing firm, sales for a web development company and several years with The Richards Group, the largest independently-owned advertising agency in the country. Craig also headed up his own design and marketing strategy firm for several years.

Craig enjoys being a catalyst for creative solutions, providing ideas, strategies and execution to move BroadJump forward. He writes about branding, marketing and sales at MarginsArentMarginal.com.

Outside of work, Craig is an avid collector of jazz music. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their three dogs and traveling to the wine country.

Ann Castro - Vice President, Business Development

Ann has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focusing specifically on supply chain solutions within the non-acute market.

Prior to joining BroadJump, Ann worked for MedAssets (now Vizient) as the Vice President of Client Management, leading their Strategic Corporate Accounts team managing their non-acute clients. In addition, Ann led the Surgery Center committee at MedAssets, working with clients and key sourcing negotiators in their efforts to contract with vendors servicing the non-acute marketplace. Previously, Ann worked for the group purchasing organization Broadlane, which was later acquired by MedAssets.

Ann enjoys volunteering for Autism Speaks and is their volunteer chair for their annual Dallas Walk event. She has two daughters whom she loves spending time with as well as her four gran-dogs.

David Gooden- Vice President, Business Development

David has served in a wide variety of roles in his 30 years in healthcare. Prior to joining BroadJump he served as Health Solutions Manager with ConMed, where he was responsible for expanding business with Integrated Delivery Networks across four product divisions in the Southeast region.

Before his move to ConMed, David was a Program Director with Premier, a Group Purchasing Organization. There he was responsible for selling a variety of solutions to member hospitals including supply chain analytics, labor and quality management, consulting, and collaborative memberships. He began his career with Premier in the laboratory contracting division.

After completing his medical technology training, he served in various clinical and laboratory management roles with Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland FL, and Carolinas Medical Center - Mercy in Charlotte NC.

David enjoys long motorcycle rides in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding areas. He is married with three adult children.

Greg Statt - Vice President, Business Development

Greg has more than 10 years of healthcare experience. He has held sales, marketing and business development positions with several leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining BroadJump, he worked at Stryker, a $10 billion medical technology company. Greg started as a Sales Representative with Stryker before moving into Marketing and Product Management roles where he was responsible for product lifecycle management, product training, marketing programs and sales support. Other career positions include capital medical equipment and pharmaceutical sales roles.

Greg is married and he and his wife have one son. He enjoys traveling with his family, endurance sports, and playing music.

Jim Webb - Vice President, Client Management

Jim has served in a variety of roles during his 30-year career in healthcare. Prior to joining BroadJump, LLC, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for Provista, a $9 billion Vizient (formerly VHA) company, a group purchasing organization. Before that, he ran a successful consulting practice and spent the majority of his time helping to launch two reference laboratory companies, med fusion and ClearPoint Diagnostic Laboratories, where he worked as a subject matter expert concerning sales and marketing, including Web site development. Jim also worked at Broadlane, a group purchasing organization, where he held numerous positions including Senior Vice President of Marketing; Senior Vice President of Business Development; and Vice President of Medical, Surgical and Diversity Contracting. Prior to coming to Broadlane, Jim worked his way up the corporate ladder at Johnson & Johnson, beginning as a sales representative and holding 12 different positions of increasing responsibility during his 16-year tenure.

Prior to entering the healthcare field, Jim interned as the Assistant Press Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Georgia. His work in journalism and public relations has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines. Jim has also been a featured speaker at numerous healthcare meetings and conventions.

Jim is the father Benton, Logan and Sheridan and, with his wife Ellie, through special provision, shares in the care of Beth and Amanda..

Jim and Ellie enjoy spending time with their children, attending and serving at church and searching for the “perfect” restaurant. In his free time, he is an accomplished guitarist and plays daily. When he gets the chance, he loves to ride his motorcycle.

Joc has over a decade of progressive healthcare experience ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. including roles on both the provider and payor side of the industry.

Joc has held multiple operational and business development positions with strategic growth responsibilities. He started his healthcare career as the National Sales Director for CareHere, an on-site health company, before moving to a Regional Vice President role with CIGNA. Joc spent the last 5 years with Hospital Corporation of America, with his most recent positions under the Strategic Pricing and Analytics Department.

In his spare time, you can find Joc on the golf course or at the lake with his family. He enjoys running, golfing and skiing on both water and snow.

Prior to joining BroadJump, LLC, Joe led supply chain operations for Franklin Community Health Network in Maine, driving enduring bottom line improvement through process optimization. Joe leveraged the supply chain as a conduit to improve the quality and cost of patient outcomes through physician and clinician engagement, strategic value analysis and revenue management. Previously, he managed manufacturing supply chain operations with Scott Paper Company and Kimberly Clark Corporation.

Kerry Gordon - Vice President, Client Management

Kerry has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on supply chain, account management, and operations.

Prior to joining BroadJump, LLC, Kerry worked for MedAssets (now Vizient) as Senior Director of Operations for their second largest account with more than $1.6B in supply spend and comprising 51 acute care hospitals and 43 ambulatory surgery centers. She led key projects including development of the client’s supply chain budget, tracking savings and key metrics, analytics, contract enrollment, and clinical service line support.

Previously, Kerry worked for the group purchasing organization Broadlane in a variety of roles over a period of 10 years. As Marketing Manager, she was responsible for the company’s presence at industry trade shows, and then served as the dedicated account representative for large health systems and stand-alone hospitals with approximately $450M in total supply spend. Kerry led the company’s help desk where she developed an extensive on-boarding process for new clients. She also managed day-to-day operations and analytics in an outsourced capacity for a not-profit, eight hospital system with $221M in annual supply spend. Kerry started her healthcare career working for Tenet Healthcare's Resource Materiel Management Department where she supported the capital equipment and laboratory areas, as well as the BuyPower group purchasing program.

Kerry enjoys volunteering with animal rescue groups and working with Hire Heroes USA, a nonprofit organization that assists US Veterans and their spouses to transition into civilian jobs. She also loves to go to the beach and spend time with her large extended family.

Sabrina Johnson - Vice President, Client Management

Sabrina brings to BroadJump over 30 years of healthcare industry experience and a track record of success in clinical management and supply chain consulting.

Prior to joining BroadJump, Sabrina worked as the Division Director of Clinical Resources for Parallon, a division of HCA, interfacing with the Division Supply Chain team to implement the strategic direction of supply cost management across multiple hospitals.

Prior to that, Sabrina worked at Cerner as a Senior Clinical Strategist, providing client strategic road mapping opportunities at large, complex facilities while implementing Cerner’s EMR solutions. She also worked at MedAssets, formally Broadlane, as the Vice President of Clinical Consulting, where she was responsible for planning and managing consulting engagements.

Sabrina enjoys being Mom to her two precious furbabies, “Little Man” Tate, a Bischon, and her kitty Dewdrop. She also enjoys cooking, watching her Oklahoma Sooners football, playing bass clarinet in her Church orchestra and participating in their hand bell choir.

Scott Jaskolski - Vice President, Client Management

Scott has worked in healthcare for 20 years with an emphasis on operational improvement through the adoption of technology, primarily in supply chain management. He has held various roles in his career including account management, training, implementation, sales and subject matter expert. He is passionate about improving the efficiency of healthcare delivery to help people.

Prior to BroadJump, Scott was a subject matter expert for an Air Force supply chain, and has led a training program for a national Veterans Affairs point-of-use inventory system. In addition, he has helped numerous hospitals with the optimization of the management of surgical supplies and increasing their charge capture.

Scott is married and has two girls. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Wanda Lane - Vice President, Client Management

Wanda has three decades of healthcare experience, functioning in various capacities from bedside nurse to owner of a nursing consulting business. Her background includes roles as a clinical implementation specialist and a healthcare services vendor. Prior to joining BroadJump, Wanda was the Value Analysis Manager for Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee.

Currently Wanda is a doctoral candidate writing her dissertation on Organizational Leadership, focusing on generational communication and interactions in the workplace, as well as evolving generational issues. She speaks at national and regional events on a variety of topics including value analysis, team building, communication and generational influences on business practice. Recently, she was named Senior Editorial Advisor for OR Manager magazine.

Wanda is married with a college-age daughter and boy/girl twins in high school. She is also a “bonus mom” to two adult sons, their wives and one daughter. She loves walking on the beach and is an avid reader and writer. She is passionate about mentoring the youngest generation, addressing food insecurity in her community and working with the children of addicts.
